5. Order Processing
We only begin processing an order once full payment has been received and verified. Due to high demand for ASIC miners, product reservations are only confirmed once payment has been made—not when an order is placed online.
To avoid delays, please send proof of payment within 24 hours of placing your order to: sales@dcmining.co.za.
6. Accuracy of Billing Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or automated bots.
You agree to:
- Provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.
- Update your account details as needed to complete transactions and enable communication.
7. Payment Options and Pricing
We strive to offer competitive pricing. Your total order cost includes product price, sales tax (if applicable), and shipping charges at the time of dispatch.

- Bank deposit / wire transfer (ZAR preferred)
- Cryptocurrency (USDT via ERC-20 or TRX networks)
*Payments using unsupported crypto networks may result in a loss of funds, for which we cannot be held liable.
