At Dawin Crypto Mining, we’re committed to providing a transparent and efficient delivery process for all our customers. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once full payment has been received and verified. Since we source all products from our international suppliers, we do not keep local inventory in South Africa. Dispatch is typically arranged within 7 working days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Timeline
After dispatch, orders are shipped from our suppliers’ international warehouses — typically based in China or Hong Kong. Delivery within South Africa usually takes between 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location and the courier’s processing times.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 1 business day for the tracking link to activate.
Delivery Partners
Orders may be fulfilled by different couriers depending on the product and shipping destination. Where applicable, your order may arrive in multiple parcels.
Shipping Coverage
At present, we are focused on delivering to South African addresses. Customers from outside of South Africa are welcome to place orders, but additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply. Please reach out to us at info@dcmining.co.za before placing an international order to confirm availability and rates.
