Refund policy
At Dawin Crypto Mining, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent process for returns and refunds. Please review our full policy below before purchasing.
1. General Conditions
- All purchases are inclusive of VAT, shipping, and import duties within South Africa.
- Customers outside South Africa must contact us in advance to confirm total pricing (including shipping and customs duties).
- Orders may be paid via USDT or other methods, depending on availability. Final pricing and payment options for international orders are confirmed upon request.
2. Manufacturer Warranties
We honour all manufacturer warranties, unless the miner has been refurbished or altered after purchase. If your device has a manufacturer-related defect, the terms of the original warranty will apply.
3. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
- If the miner has been operated outside recommended parameters, repair and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@dcmining.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and your reason for the return.
- Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the product.
- After the returned item is received, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
5. Refunds
If the return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is found to be faulty or defective due to manufacturing error.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@dcmining.co.za with a photo and description. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. International Orders
International customers must contact us before purchasing to confirm pricing and shipping terms. Orders outside South Africa may be fulfilled by DHL, FedEx, or local couriers. Refunds or returns on international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis due to customs and shipping constraints.
